How does Metoclopramide Tablet work?
Metoclopramide works by stimulating the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract without the stimulation of pancreatic, biliary, or gastric secretions. While the mode of action is unclear, it is thought to sensitize tissue to acetylcholine action.
